What is the return policy?

We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our objects. If your piece isn’t the perfect fit for your space, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- The Window: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- The Condition: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Shipping: Because our pieces are shipped from our workshop in Latvia, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Orders & Production
Do you mass-produce your pieces?
No. We focus on small-batch production and made-to-order pieces to maintain absolute precision.
This studio setup also makes us highly flexible—we welcome creative collaborations that align with our design philosophy. If you have a concept you want to develop with us, get in touch.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because we focus on precision and quality over speed, our production times vary depending on the piece. Generally, orders are shipped within a few days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your piece leaves our workshop.
Shipping & Logistics
Where do you ship from and to which countries?
All of our pieces are crafted and dispatched directly from our workshop in Latvia. We ship throughout the European Union and select international destinations.
How are large or heavy items delivered?
Standard items are shipped via premium couriers. Larger, heavier pieces are securely packed and delivered via freight services to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Are there customs or import duties?
If you are ordering from within the European Union, there are no customs duties or hidden fees. For international orders outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for any local import duties or taxes.
Materials & Care
Where do you source your materials?
100% of our materials are sourced responsibly within Europe. We select premium-grade, enduring components that meet strict European quality and environmental standards.
How do I care for my piece?
Our objects are built to last a lifetime if properly maintained. We recommend cleaning with a damp, soft cloth and avoiding harsh chemical solvents. [Optional: For wooden components, an occasional application of food-safe oil or wax will keep the grain protected.]
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost for your country directly at checkout before completing your purchase. All orders ship securely from our workshop in Latvia.
